The space
Church View Retreat currently has three properties for holidays and short breaks; The Retreat sleeps 15, Bumblebee Barn sleeps 11 people in 4 bedrooms, and Butterpot Cottage is a cosy retreat for up to 4. The properties can be booked together or as separate lets to sleep a max of 30 guests making it ideal for Large get together family holidays, gatherings of friends, hen weekends and corporate breaks. All 3 properties have their own hot tubs with Bluetooth speakers , and inside have been beautifully designed with the rustic character enhanced by solid oak latch and brace doors, original ceiling beams, log burners and roll top baths. Trehill Holiday Cottages is an idyllic lakeside holiday cottage complex in Callington, SE Cornwall. Renting these cottages for a group/family get-together is a great idea. The largest cottage, Gulliver is big enough for everyone to meet up in. But having other cottages where some guests can return to (all with full facilities) can be very stress-relieving!The largest cottage, Gulliver has a huge lounge (with wood burner), extra conservatory and a spacious kitchen / dining room which will ensure that everyone can socialise and eat together in comfort.Trehill has a Stunning hilltop location in the heart of the Tamar Valley with free on-site fishing & great leisure facilities!When you arrive at Trehill cottages, you know you have arrived at a special place. Gorgeous converted farm buildings, 4 sunny acres of beautiful grounds & a plateau location with views far afield over the Cornish countryside.There are 3 cottages, giving you plenty of space and the opportunity to cater for guests who prefer their own private spaceAll three cottages are attached to each other in a lovely courtyard setting by the main fishing pond. There are no internal connections between the cottagesAll cottages have their own hot tubs (included in the price)There is also a fishing lake, games room, out door pool (summer only), and our own mini “football pitch – essentially a rectangle of grass with 2 trees at either end!”.These outdoor facilities & common grounds are shared with our Long Barn cottages which lie in an adjacent part of the estate, separated by a very tall hedge for maximum privacy.Please note that this property does not accept under 21 groups at all.

There is an outdoor pool, fishing ponds, games room & 4 acres of grounds shared with neighbouring Long Barn cottages.You also receive membership access to the nearby China Fleet club. Their superb facilities can be accessed at a daily rate starting at ?6.50 per adult (?4.50/child) for the tropical pool complex.Owing to severe staff allergies we are unable to accept bookings from guests with dogs or other furry animals.
