The Manor is a Grade II listed farmhouse, set in the rural setting of Shiningford Farm. The private hot tub and log fire make for a relaxing countryside getaway for up to 19 guests.Shiningford Manor is a traditional countryside house with exposed beams, a log fire, and a farmhouse kitchen that features an AGA (and dishwasher!) to make for easy self-catering.With 9 bedrooms & 3 ensuite bathrooms and 3 further shower rooms and is dog- & family-friendly.Each bedroom can be arranged as either a twin bedroom or a double bedroom, just let us know your preference.The Manor also provides a lounge, kitchen and dining room.There are 3 buildings at Shiningford Farm, which share the outdoor swimming pool. This is open until 31st October, and then will close for winter as it is unheated. Shiningford Manor has a private garden and hot tub, that is open all year round.There is also car parking, and a shared garden at the front with a children’s play frame.

You’ll have exclusive use of the house, although the number of bedrooms and bathrooms left open for you is dependent on the number of guests in the reservation. For Xmas we can accept 3 households. We’ll open up 1 bedroom and bathroom for each 2 guests. 8 bedrooms can be twin singles or double rooms and two have extra single beds, the 9th bedroom is single, just let us know what you require.

The Manor is a pet-friendly venue, with an extra charge of ?20 per dog.We ask that dogs are kept off the sofas and beds. The dining conservatory leads to a walled courtyard and a Hot Tub. Situated opposite the park and a few minutes walk to the pretty market town of Ashbourne.

The space
Plenty of space for living and dining within this house, with beautiful high ceilings and lots of natural light. The private courtyard has a hot tub, and the kitchen contains a bar and karaoke machine, so your group will never get bored! During this current time bedrooms will be reduced to suit your numbers. 8 of the bedrooms have the option of being double or single beds,some have beds for 3 guests, and there is also a bunk bed room and double room. Just let us know what you require in advance.

We can leave a travel cot and high chair, just request these in advance and bring bedding for the cot.The hot tub maybe emptied, cleaned and refilled on a Wednesday and/or Friday between 7am and 4pm. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until late evening. Please bear this in mind if your stay is over a Wednesday or Friday. We recommend bringing a pool towel for the hot tub.
