The space
The bedrooms offer something for everyone. From the huge master suite with its own fireplace, antique furniture and its ensuite. The ensuite boasts a freestanding bath with book-matched marble backdrop and a large walk in rain shower. The queen room with its pleasant views offers its own ensuite with bath and stylish sink, alongside its antique wooden bed and wardrobe space. The junior room has two single beds. The book tree and boat inspired lights make this the perfect place for kids or those who are young at heart. The top floor offers more bedrooms so you can accommodate everyone you need. There is a double bedroom with views over the valley and its own mezzanine supported on 300 year old oak beams. Another bedroom has space for two guests in a double bed and door built from ships timbers. The main bathroom offers a bath and shower with massage jets, marble floor and modern fittings.There are two lounges, the main one is a generous ten metres by five and the second five metres by five. While the library also has seating and a wide array of books.The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay. Dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, separate drinks fridge, 5 burner range cooker and dual oven are all included for you to use. Dont want to cook? No problems, the Indian takeaway gets 5 stars and is just a 30 second walk away. There are multiple dining spaces, the kitchen, the servants dining room or the main dining hall. The large dining table provides a communal dining experience for all, while the pool table and board games offer something for everyone.

In addition, much of the electricity comes from a renewable source.All logs for the wood burner are provided free of charge.Guests use the hot tub and pool facilities at their own risk, and due to harsh chemicals used for maintenance purposes some skin types may react. Please note the pool is heated, and available from Good Friday to 31st October, but is weather dependent.Pool towels are provided.Guests who are using Great Higham Farm as a celebration venue should be aware that music is only permitted until 11pm. Bella Vista is located across the road from the LLandudno promenade, pier and sea front and only just one minute walk to the town centre.We have 11 en suite bed rooms that can sleep up to 23 people, 3 lounges and conservatory, a large kitchen and store room so this is perfect for a large group. The space
Balvonie House was built in 1906 for a wealthy Glasgow family. The rooms are appropriately roomy with high ceilings and beautiful features. The house has been subject to a full 10-year renovation to restore and enhance its unique features while bringing it into the 21st century. Each room has been uniquely designed by an interior designer to showcase the proportions and period features. Thankfully, modern heating & plumbing keeps the house just as toasty as you want it to be. There are also 2 wood-burning stoves to add to the ambiance.

Consider Balvonie your own while you’re here. You will have access to the entire house to use as you wish. Explore the grounds to discover the Halket Burn that runs through with its own corner of preserved ancient wood. Bring your wellies!
