The space
Set alone in 6 acres of lawn and woodland offering total seclusion from the outside world, the whole place is yours exclusively from start to finish.As you enter the house you are met with a stunning sweeping staircase taking you up to the first floor. Six beautiful bedrooms decorated in modern Farrow & Ball, all with private en suite bathrooms, luxurious bedding and stunning views.Bedrooms 5 & 6 can also be used as inter-connecting- perfect if you have younger children staying.For the older teens, the second floor is ideal with its self contained kitchenette, lounge, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom.There is one ground floor bedroom- ideal for those who would rather not have to climb stairs…The lounge boasts large chesterfield sofas with a roaring fire and doors out onto the patio and grounds.Moving to the Dining room with enough seating for all your guests you can make this room as grand or casual as you desire….Why not have pre or after dinner drinks in your own lounge bar, also with open fire, decorated in vivid colours with an impressive collection of gin bottles…The large open plan country kitchen with butler sink, double fridge, kitchen table and breakfast bar has everything you need during your stay…Private games room with pool table, dart board and fruit machine is the perfect escape for some fun with the piece de resistance being the hot tub cleverly located in the central courtyard in the middle of the house….With acres of woodland, BBQ and outside seating we think we have thought of everything for the perfect rural getaway…

Bessingham Manor is an award winning historic Victorian house, recently restored to its former glory. Most of the bedrooms are huge, many with four poster beds and their own en-suites. It is situated just five miles inland from Holt, Cromer and Sheringham but is quietly nestled on the edge of a tiny village, away from the normal busy tourist areas.

(Or preparing packed lunches for your walk!)As the day comes to an end, gaze out through the large picturesque windows and watch the fields illuminated by the lavender and magenta hues of the sunset. There is 2 lounges (one with large flat screen TV (SKY available), snug, extensive kitchens/diner, laundry room. The property has free wifi.12 bedrooms. 8 kingsize, 4 doubles, 1 single & bunk beds. Additional single beds and temporary beds are in the family size double rooms. All beds have Egyptian cotton serviced bedding.The property has full central heating and 2 open fires to keep you cosy on cooler evenings.There are 6 bathrooms We have a full utility and we provide all the basics you will need for your holiday – washing powder, dishwasher tablets, soap, ice etc… there is a large freestanding fridge and freezer. You can get shopping delivered to the address by a variety of well known supermarkets.Parties and events are not allowed.
