The space
Guests have total and exclusive access to the whole of the farmhouse and surrounding gardens, summerhouse, garage and carpark, there is no shared access with complete privacy The farmhouse is situated in a rural setting and has its own private driveway ,with the nearest neighbour being a small field away. All the guest facilities are all cleaned to a very high standard following infection preventative guidelines as per EU & UK government rules ( 2020) .The gardens are extensive, surrounded by trees and hedges with beautiful views reaching out over the Shropshire hills and the corvedale. The house has its own private gravel drive way and car park area with a spacious wooden garage available for 4 vehicles with ample parking outside for a further 6-7 vehicles.The farmhouse is surrounded by a large , beautiful patio area for outside dining , with a charcoal BBQ area , a hot tub , a large seating and dining area . With plenty of space for relaxation. including a separate seating area in the garden with its own fire bowl . From the patio there are well lit sweeping steps that guide you to a large summer house with ample room to sit and rest with a pool table and bar area . This property is ideal for for all ages that just want to chill and enjoy different areas of the garden to aid privacy and relaxation. We have swings and bespoke wooden swing boats for all ages with a trampoline . The dining conservatory leads to a walled courtyard and a Hot Tub. Situated opposite the park and a few minutes walk to the pretty market town of Ashbourne.

The space
Plenty of space for living and dining within this house, with beautiful high ceilings and lots of natural light. The private courtyard has a hot tub, and the kitchen contains a bar and karaoke machine, so your group will never get bored! During this current time bedrooms will be reduced to suit your numbers. 8 of the bedrooms have the option of being double or single beds,some have beds for 3 guests, and there is also a bunk bed room and double room. Just let us know what you require in advance.

Most of the bedrooms can be superking or twin bedroom. We can provide a ramp for wheelchair assisted, please ask us. We can leave a travel cot and high chair, just request these in advance and bring bedding for the cot.The hot tub maybe emptied, cleaned and refilled on a Wednesday and/or Friday between 7am and 4pm. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until late evening. Please bear this in mind if your stay is over a Wednesday or Friday. We recommend bringing a pool towel for the hot tub.

This Grade II* listed farmhouse dates back to the thirteenth century. It is noted in Pevsner’s Architectural Guide and retains many original features including original floorboards and exposed beams. The main hall has a splendid two story crook archway. Pegs Farm is situated just 2 miles from Ledbury, an attractive market town boasting a large number of independent shops and pubs. Malvern, the Malvern Hills, Worcester and Hereford are all only a short drive away.

The space
The farmhouse enjoys wonderful views and amazing sunsets. The beautiful countryside setting has nine acres of mown fenced parkland for you to enjoy with picnics, rounders and games. Everyday when I walk my dogs I take five under the shade of the old oak tree looking towards the Malvern Hills. Here you can take in the tranquility of the Herefordshire countryside listening to the bird’s and watching the evening sun bathe Coddington Church spire.

The farmhouse has an East and West wing has a main front door and two other entrances , 4 bedrooms in the East Wing and 5 bedrooms in the West Wing. The main house has a large farmhouse kitchen with 4 oven Aga which can accommodate and cater for your entire party. There is ample parking for 8 cars. There are two secure gardens and an enclosed hot tub area with BBQ. This outside area also boasts a large covered seating area , chimineas, comfy seating to seat 16-18 .
