Highleases Farm is a stunning house, beautifully decorated, set on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales above the historic market town of Richmond with spectacular views and surrounded by open countryside but also within walking distance of Richmond with all its amenities.The house has 9 bedrooms, with 3 of the bedrooms sleeping 4 guests in each and 7 bathrooms.

The space
Newly renovated with large open plan living areas with floor to ceiling windows, allowing light to flood in, and sliding glass doors opening out onto the surrounding terrace.Hot Tub Hire at additional cost. Please ask before booking as availability limited during summer season.The large contemporary space has wooden and stone floors throughout, underfloor heating and a spectacular spiral staircase in centre of the house leading up to bedrooms on the first and second floors.The sleek open plan kitchen/living area with silestone worktops and island, two electric ovens, induction hob, microwave, fridge, 2 freezers, 2 dishwashers, coffee machine, instant boiling tap and large oak dining room table. Large comfy sofas to relax in with wood burner, smart tv, piano and floor to ceiling windows the length of two walls make it a wonderful entertaining area.A glass door leads out from the kitchen onto the terrace with bbq and outdoor seating and table.The large Sitting room is in the centre of the house with gas log burner, grand piano and floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors along one wall leading out onto the surrounding terrace with outdoor seating and stunning views over the Yorkshire Dales.There are 8 bedrooms in the main house and a ground floor annex across the courtyard providing accommodation for four guests.

Guests can access everywhere.No access to lawn due sudden drop below the house as sudden drop.

The space
Beggars Barn is set in a valley just outside the village of Shutford, is a beautifully renovated country residence set in 3.5 acres of land, featuring an 18-metre-long heated swimming pool (heated April to mid Oct), hot tub, Arctic cabin with internal BBQ, games/cinema room with large screen TV, plenty of seating and 6ft snooker/pool table, table tennis, separate gym and beautifully maintained gardens. The house consists of a very large kitchen with fitted Smallbone kitchen, with large dining area leading to a snug. All the crockery and glassware is Villeroy & Boch or Wedgewood. There is a stylish drawing room with large open fire place with interconnecting doors opening into the dining room with a table that seats up to 16, within the dining room is a music area with Yamaha piano. The main living area of the house has marble tiled flooring throughout and a sound system. The bedrooms include two master suites with Super King size beds (one is zip and link), dressing areas and bathrooms, there are 2 double rooms with Super King (or twin beds) by the family bathroom, a Super King or Twin bed in the downstairs bedroom, and another ensuite bedroom with Super King or Twin in the main house.In the Summer House, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedded bedroom that share a new bathroom. The Summer House has a lounge/dining/kitchen area. It is located by the pool which is about 50 meters from the main house. There is a pool house which also contains a small gym which has a Nordic elliptical (3in1) cross trainer, rower, vibration plate and weights. The outdoor living space has huge sofa suites, large fire pit which is also a wood BBQ, gas fired BBQ plate, 1m round paella dish (gas), large sun umbrellas, and outdoor dining table and chairs and sun loungers.The Stables annexe offers a games/cinema room, with a 3in1 games table, (Pool, table tennis and air hockey) 75″ TV screen with HDMI cable, BT Sports and Sky, ample seating, music system with bluetooth enabled Bose Speakers, bar and bathroom with shower. There are two luxury sofa beds so this room can become bedroom 11 if required.There are two ensuite bedrooms in the Annex, they can be twin or king size beds (zip and link).

Brittons Farm and cottages sleeps 20-30 Hot tub in Bitton, England South West

Brittons Farm Estate is a stunning 17th Century farm house with adjacent cottages, which comfortable sleeps 20 – 30 guests. Set in 45 acres of land the accommodation sits around an inner courtyard garden which is a sun trap in the summer months.A large hot tub, dining and leisure seating is present on the upper terrace, all over looking the pretty inner courtyard with lawns, hedging and pleached trees.The property is just four miles from the world Heritage centre of Bath.

The space
The main house features underfloor heating which makes this property extremely cosy in the winter and because of its thick walls, cool in the summer months. All bedrooms have sky TV and have ensuite bathrooms with the exception of the guest room and twin room which share a large family bathroom with wet room and bath. We stock each bathroom with THE WHITE COMPANY niceties and each room has a hair dryer .There is plenty of space for groups with a large lounge in the main house with a stunning fireplace, dining hall that seats up to thirty with an inglenook fireplace, a breakfast room, snug with TV games. The cottage forms part of the courtyard and has its own secondary well equipped, three of the bedrooms in the courtyard have interconnecting doors which makes this property extreemly versitile. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which has its own bathroom on the lower floor.The Haybarn is tucked away to the side of the cottage,it features underfloor heating a wonderful bathroom/wetroom, a sofa bed in the seperate lounge. There is a small barn available for yoga etc, please note it is not heated but perfect for the summer months

Getting in:
Whilst you are free to roam the 42 acres of land there are horses in paddocks, if walking through a field gates must be closed. The stables are out of bounds.

There are 3 further bedrooms around the stunning courtyard (all with ensuite bathrooms). The Hay Barn and The Cottage (also facing onto the courtyard) each have an additional living area with sofa bed for additional guests. The Cottage further benefits from a separate kitchen.

Outside The house was originally approached via a private drive across the fields from the A59 (main road). The back of the house was originally the front of the house. There is a large flat croquet lawn at the front door side of the house with parking for 12-15 cars. A gravel drive runs round the edge of the lawn. Mature specimen trees are dotted around. A hedge round the garden provides privacy. This side of the house is accessed through electric gates. (The code will be supplied after reservation)We have built a swimming pool and patio on one side of the house. This is only for use in Summer, when we heat it to 25-30 degrees. There is also a hot tub and large patio area with 3 tables and plenty of seating. A gas BBQ also.On the other side of the house is a mature parterre and sunken garden. At the back of the house, (front as you approach it!), is additional parking for 6-8 cars behind manual gates and flower beds. A garage block has been built in the grounds. This has a tesla charging point, which is available by prior request (a small charge will apply) and an annex above. The annex has a double bed, sofas, shower room, Kitchenette and is available by prior booking for an extra charge.

Getting in:
This is our own home and we would close off one downstairs room to house most of our gear etc. The rest of the house would be available for use.
