When you rent the house, it’s entirely and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay and you have full access to all it’s facilities.Normal check in is 4pm and check out is 10am – If however you wish to tailor your arrival and departure times to your needs, this is possible as long as you cover the extra housekeeping team costs, which is ?100 for the first hour extension and ?50 for each additional hour.

The once forgotten, traditional Welsh farmhouse, is immersed in both history and beauty, sleeping anywhere from 6 to 16 people. The space
The house and its 3-acre gardens are perfectly secluded so you are guaranteed peace and tranquillity. An indoor swimming pool, woodfired hot tub along with a games room and tennis court provide plenty of activity for all ages. Meanwhile, a large garden room (complete with fruiting grapevine), antique dining room, and 30 x 30 ft living room with a wood-burning stove make the house a luxurious, comfortable setting for large gatherings. Cooking is a joy in our large, farmhouse kitchen which boasts an Aga and Belfast sink, whilst our well-proportioned bedrooms (all with their own bathrooms), fine artwork, and antique furniture create the ideal atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The sleeping accommodation is spread throughout the main, historic part of the house, a swimming pool annex, and a separate bunkhouse with its own kitchenette and dining area. We do have a sofa bed available as an extra sleeping space (If you wish to make use of this you will need to provide your own linen to use it)We have just newly installed a hotel-grade heating and plumbing system so lots of hot water and no cold showers!The grounds of OGM host a tennis court with a viewing pavilion, a sunken garden, a covered BBQ area and many secluded seating areas.The gardens feature stunning views of the Black Mountains, Hay Bluff, the magical Skirrid Mountain, rolling hills, farmland, and on a clear night ?? the Milky Way. Holidays at OGM are magical throughout the year, thanks to our array of outdoor and indoor activities on-site. The indoor, under-floor swimming pool provides endless entertainment, particularly as, when closed, it doubles up as a great indoor play area.

Extra bits:
We share the driveway and farmland with our neighbour. Please stick to the area surrounding the house only and the public footpaths. If you have dogs, please make sure to shut the main gate at the bottom of the drive before letting them run free.

Outside The house was originally approached via a private drive across the fields from the A59 (main road). The back of the house was originally the front of the house. There is a large flat croquet lawn at the front door side of the house with parking for 12-15 cars. A gravel drive runs round the edge of the lawn. Mature specimen trees are dotted around. A hedge round the garden provides privacy. This side of the house is accessed through electric gates. (The code will be supplied after reservation)We have built a swimming pool and patio on one side of the house. This is only for use in Summer, when we heat it to 25-30 degrees. There is also a hot tub and large patio area with 3 tables and plenty of seating. A gas BBQ also.On the other side of the house is a mature parterre and sunken garden. At the back of the house, (front as you approach it!), is additional parking for 6-8 cars behind manual gates and flower beds. A garage block has been built in the grounds. This has a tesla charging point, which is available by prior request (a small charge will apply) and an annex above. The annex has a double bed, sofas, shower room, Kitchenette and is available by prior booking for an extra charge.

Getting in:
This is our own home and we would close off one downstairs room to house most of our gear etc. The rest of the house would be available for use.
