In addition, much of the electricity comes from a renewable source.All logs for the wood burner are provided free of charge.Guests use the hot tub and pool facilities at their own risk, and due to harsh chemicals used for maintenance purposes some skin types may react. Please note the pool is heated, and available from Good Friday to 31st October, but is weather dependent.Pool towels are provided.Guests who are using Great Higham Farm as a celebration venue should be aware that music is only permitted until 11pm. Please be respectful of neighbouring properties and refrain from making any noise after this time.BBQ’s are coal fuelled – The coal is not supplied

Bella Vista is located across the road from the LLandudno promenade, pier and sea front and only just one minute walk to the town centre.We have 11 en suite bed rooms that can sleep up to 23 people, 3 lounges and conservatory, a large kitchen and store room so this is perfect for a large group. (No stag/hen parties).Our rear garden area has a 5 seater hot tub to relax in. Please send an enquiry and we’ll be glad to answer any questions.

Each luxuriously furnished bed room in our listed Victorian Town House has a king size bed, crisp white linen, a flat screen TV, en suite with power shower or large bath and antique style magogany funiture.

The whole property is for guest use.
