The property has a vaulted and beamed sitting room with large inglenook fire place and stove. A newly fitted kitchen dines all guests together and includes an electric range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, two additional drinks fridges with bar, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Ultra fast (300Mbps average) WIFI is provided, a 55 inch HDTV in the sitting room and TVs in some bedrooms. Digital electric radiators throughout and mostly oak flooring to ground floor.

Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until late evening. Please bear this in mind if your stay is over a Wednesday or Friday. We recommend bringing a pool towel for the hot tub.

Malvern, the Malvern Hills, Worcester and Hereford are all only a short drive away.

The farmhouse enjoys wonderful views and amazing sunsets. The beautiful countryside setting has nine acres of mown fenced parkland for you to enjoy with picnics, rounders and games. Everyday when I walk my dogs I take five under the shade of the old oak tree looking towards the Malvern Hills. Here you can take in the tranquility of the Herefordshire countryside listening to the bird’s and watching the evening sun bathe Coddington Church spire.
